Defective Items
BKP takes all possible care to ensure that the goods are not defective in any way prior to being shipped. We acknowledge however that there will be rare occasions when supplied product may be defective. We will replace any defective item if returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
Warranty Items
If the product fails during warranty period BKP will assist with the manufacturers warranty process. BKP are not responsible for the manufacturers policy or processing and makes no independent warranty. BKP under no circumstances will be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages. The maximum liability for all direct damages if any arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
Items Supplied By Us In Error
BKP takes extreme care to ensure that the product shipped is exactly what was ordered. If products are supplied by us in error we accept the return of such items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If an item is returned, you will have the choice of an exchange for the correct item or a refund of the price you paid for the item.
Exchange Items
We will happily exchange products which have been purchased by you in error providing they are unopened and in original condition and that they are returned to us within 14 days of purchase and are not Custom Made to Order or Special Order Buy in or electrical items. Costs associated with the return of the item to us are the responsibility of the customer. A further postage and package fee will be charged for the supply of the new product.
To Return an Item
Please provide a full description for the reason of your return or fault via our contact us page and wait for our acceptance communication with instructions on how to return the item together with its original packaging, all documentation, licences, manuals and accessories. We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service and ensure the item is packaged securely.
Freight / Shipping
BlingKing Products offers shipments via Australia Post which are based on the weight of your order with bias for over size items. If access to your postal address is not possible, your delivery will be kept at your closest Post Office.
Delivery should be expected within 2-5 business days from the despatch of your order. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee shipment of goods by any specific time frame. BKP does not offer a pick up service. If you require a alternate delivery arrangement please contact us for a quotation.
Communication Guidelines
BlingKing Products attempt to return all communications within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) so please check your “junk” email folders if you have not heard from us. We will also use the option of phoning you should this be required to ensure a quick outcome so please ensure your details are up to date. Whilst we cannot always give you an answer within 24 hours due to time zones / waiting on supplier information etc rest assured we will keep you informed of all progress.
